Alicia + Dawson | West Coast Wilderness Lodge

Alicia and Dawson recently celebrated their 1st anniversary last month! I cannot believe it's taken me this long to post their gorgeous images from their wedding.

They had a whimsical romantic wedding at the West Coast Wilderness Lodge. Alicia planned all the pretty details on her own as I was their wedding coordinator. I had so much fun overseeing their wedding day and seeing everything she had planned and put into place. From the S'mores bar at dancing to the string duo at the ceremony. She had put so much thought into everything and all her hard work really paid off. The images below will show just how gorgeous of a day they both had.

I hope you enjoy these images as much as I do.

West Coast Woodland - Styled Shoot

This was my first ever stylized shoot and I had so much fun putting it together! My inspiration for this shoot was West Coast Woodlands. Living on the Sunshine Coast the shoot locations are endless. I decided to shoot our table setting in the woods in Selma Park and our couple was shot in the gorgeous Provincial Park in Porpoise Bay. I wanted to create a shoot that is inspirational and realistic for the average bride to bring to life. I think that this shoot captured just that.

The table setting was special to me as I used vintage items from my mom, dad and great great grandmother. I love the vintage look and using items that have sentimental meaning to them.

Working alongside the vendors that I did was inspiring. It's so captivating working with like minded self employed individuals who are full of energy and enthusiasm about the wedding industry.  I highly recommend these vendors and look forward to working with them all again soon. Be sure to check out their pages below!

Chelsea and Aaron thank you so so so much for being our models. These photos definitely captured the love between you two. Can't wait for our next stylized shoot! Stay tuned!
